ALChartsPlus

The parent company to ALCharts was formed in 2005 and supplies a comprehensive paper-based documentation process for assisted living facilities.  The process includes documentation guidelines and documentation forms. 

ALCharts LLC was formed to expand the paper-based capabilities and to satisfy the high number of customer requests for a ‘computerized’ version of the paper based documentation system.

The ALCharts system now incorporates the best of a comprehensive paper form-based system combined with state of the art software technology giving customers exceptional value from our product.
